Employee self service portal setup

Introduction

Integrated self-service portal helps in empowering employees. Pocket HRMS based ESS system allows you to check pending leave approvals, payslips, upcoming events, track reimbursement, etc. on your own.

The admin can easily set up and activate employee self service portal through dashboard. Once, employee profile is successfully created and added to the dashboard, the admin can follow below mentioned steps to receive login credentials for ESS portal.

Note - Kindly contact your Admin/ HR for rights if you are not able to perform the steps below.

Steps

How to activate self-service login for an employee:

Step 1: Go to 'Employee'

Step 2: Follow 'Employee' > 'Employee List'

Step 3: Select your employee by clicking on their profile or 'Employee Filter' as shown below.

Step 4: After the employee profile appears, find 'Self Service Role' option as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 5: Now, select the role of the employee and click on 'Save'. Upon confirmation, you will get a default password for self-service portal.
