### 1. How to generate a single employee late punch data for a year?’
To check late punch report of a single employee or multiple employees kindly follow the path below:
**Path:** Cloud portal > Analytics > Reports > Attendance > Late > Select category > Select employee > Select Date range > Select report type > Download Excel
**Step 1:** Log in to the cloud portal, go to the **‘Analytics’** menu, navigate to **‘Reports**‘sub-menu.
**Step 2:** From the **‘Attendance’ tab**, select the **‘Late’** option.
**Step 3:** Select the **‘Category’**, **‘Employee code’**, and the desired **‘Date range’** for a year.
**Step 4:** Select the **‘Report type’** you wish to generate and Click **‘Download Excel’** to save the report.
