# Leave Register

### 1. How to download the total leaves applied by the employees?

 To download the leave applied by the employee, follow the path below:

**Path:** Cloud login > Go to analytics > Reports > Leave > Leave Register > Select category > Select Date range > Select employee code for individual report, for all employee’s report keep the employee code field blank > Download.

**Step 1:** Log in to the 'Cloud' portal and go to 'Analytics' menu and select 'Reports' sub-menu.

&#x20;**Step 2:** Under the 'Leave' tab, select 'Leave Register'.

**Step 3:** Select the 'Category' and 'Date range'(From date -To date) as required, fill the 'Employee code' for an individual/multiple report or leave it blank for all employees’ report, then click 'Download PDF'.
