1. How to download PTax report?

Step 1: Log into the cloud portal, go to the ‘Analytics’ menu and click on the ‘Reports’ submenu.

Step 2: Under the ‘Statutory’ tab, click on the ‘PTaxReport’ subtab. Fill in the ‘Location’, ‘Month’, ‘Year’ and select the required report type using the respective checkboxes.

Step 3: Select the ‘Payment Details’ and ‘Authorised Person’ details from the respective fields and click on the ‘Download PDF’ or ‘Download Excel’ button. The Ptax report will be downloaded accordingly.

2. How to download bonus report?

Step 1: Log into the cloud portal, go to the ‘Analytics’ menu and click on the ‘Reports’ submenu.

Step 2: Under the ‘Statutory’ tab click on the ‘Bonus’ subtab. Select the date range, click on the ‘Edit’ radio button and then select the ‘Template Name’ from the respective fields.

Step 3: Select the ‘Category’ and other required details from the respective fields. Click on the ‘Download PDF’ or ‘Download Excel’ button the bonus report will be downloaded accordingly.

Note: If the Template Name is not configured or you face any issues while downloading the report, we suggest you to contact our support agent.

3. How to download Form 3A?

Step 1: Log into the cloud portal, go to the ‘Analytics’ menu and click on the ‘Reports’ submenu.

Step 2: Under the ‘Statutory’ tab, go to the ‘PF Report’ subtab an option and click on the ‘Form 3A’. Select the Category and Year Range from the respective fields and click on the ‘Download PDF’ button. The Form 3A will be downloaded accordingly.
