# Dynamic Dashboard Setting

### 1. How to activate birthday pop-up or notification for the employee’s ESS portal?

**Path**: Cloud Portal>ESS Settings>Profile Info>Dynamic Dashboard Setting>tick ‘Show’ radio button for Birthday/Anniversary/Work Anniversary>Save

**Step 1**: log into the cloud portal, go to the ‘ESS Settings’ menu and under the ‘Profile’ tab, click on the ‘Dynamic Dashboard Settings’ subtab.

**Step 2**: Under the ‘Birthday & Anniversary’ section select the respective ‘Show’ radio button for Birthday and scroll down to click on the ‘Save’ button. The birthday pop-up/notification visible to employees on their ESS dashboard according to the birthday mentioned in the employee profile.

### 2. How to enable salary to view in dashboard for all employees in ESS portal?

The last salary processed can be viewed in Employee ESS portal by enabling access in cloud. Please follow the path below to make salary visible on dashboard of employees.

**Path:** Cloud > ESS settings > profile info > Dynamic Dashboard Setting > Financial Stats (Show) > Tick on Last Salary Processed as show > save

**Step 1:** Login to cloud portal, go to ‘ESS settings’ from menu, and select ‘Profile Info’ tab.

**Step 2:** Scroll down to select ‘Dynamic Dashboard Setting’ and tick ‘Show’ for ‘Financial Stats ’ radio button.

**Step 3:** Tick on ‘Last Salary Processed’ as Show and click on ‘Save’.
