🔹Geo Location Employee Tagging

1. How to remove geo tagging and allow employee to punch from any location?

Step 1: Log into the cloud portal, go to the ‘ESS Settings’ and under the ‘Profile Info’ tab click on the ‘Geo Location Employee Tagging’ subtab.

Step 2: Select ‘Location Names’ for which the employee is currently mapped and the list of all the mapped employees for the selected location.

Step 3: Untick the checkbox for the employee you want to remove geo tagging for and click on the ‘Save’ button.

Path: Cloud portal>ESS Settings>Location Names>deselect employee from location>Save

2. How to tag set address?

Presently we don’t have specific report for the location employee tagging details. You can follow the path below to check location employee tagging details for individual employee.

Step 1: Log into the cloud portal, go to the ‘ESS Settings’ and under the ‘Profile Info’ tab click on the ‘Geo Location Tagging’ subtab.

Step 2: From the dropdown ‘Select Setting’ choose the location. The list of employees will appear. Here you can see the employees for whom the respective checkboxes are ticked these employees are tagged for the selected location.

Path: Cloud portal>ESS Settings>Location Names-select location>you can view the employees tagged to this location.
