# Latest News

### 1. How to upload campaign banner in the ESS portal dashboard?

**Step 1**: Log into the cloud portal, go to the ‘ESS Settings’ menu and under the ‘Profile Info’ tab click on the ‘Latest News’ subtab. Click on the ‘+ Icon’ towards the upper right side of the screen.

**Step 2**: Enter the ‘Title’, ‘Insert’ image if needed, add details of campaign and click on the ‘Save’ button and it will be visible on the ESS dashboard.

### 2. How Can I Remove an Announcement/Latest News item From the ESS Portal?

**Path:** cloud login > ESS settings > profile info > latest news > click on delete icon from activated latest news option > ok.

**Step 1:** Login to Cloud portal, go to ‘ESS Settings’ in the menu, select ‘Profile Info’ tab, and click on ‘Latest News’.

**Step 2**: Click on ‘Delete Icon’ on the right corner of ‘Active’ latest news option

### 3. How to add updates to staff through HRMS?

**Path: Cloud login > ESS Setting > Profile Info > Latest News > Plus (+) Icon > Fill In details > save**

**Step 1**: Log into the cloud portal, go to the ‘ESS Settings’ menu and under the ‘Profile Info’ tab click on the ‘Latest News’ subtab. Click on the ‘+ Icon’ towards the upper right side of the screen.
