# Other Policies

### 1. How to Upload PDF in Other Policies?

You can upload the PDF file in Other Policies option, by following the path below:\
**Path:** Login to Cloud portal > ESS Settings > Profile Info > Other policies > click on + icon to add the file description > Fill in the details >Upload the file > Save.

**Step 1:** Login to cloud portal, go to ‘ESS Settings’ menu and click on ‘Profile Info’ tab.

**Step 2:** Select ‘Other Policies’, and click on ‘Plus (+) Icon’.

**Step 3:** Fill in the details (such as Business Unit, Value, name, Description) and ‘Upload the other policies PDF file by clicking on the ‘Choose File’.

Step 4: Click ‘Save’ to save the uploaded PDF of other policies.
