# Leave Opening

### 1. PL is included but it’s not added in paid days?

**Path:** Cloud portal > leave > import > leave opening > Fill in the required details > select 'Upload' and then select 'Save Settings'.

**Step 1: Login to cloud portal,** Go to 'Leave'

**Step 2:** Select 'Import' > 'Leave Opening'. You can select the correctly formatted excel file by selecting the 'Upload' icon shown below.

**Step 3:** Fill in the required details and select 'Upload' and then select 'Save Settings'.
