1. How to make changes in permission entry settings?

Path: Cloud>Settings>Attendance>Attendance Setting>Permission>Shift Name>enter required details > Save

Step 1: Log into the cloud portal, go to ‘Settings’ menu, and under the ‘Attendance’ tab, click on the ‘Attendance Settings’ subtab and select ‘Permission’ option.

Step 2: Select ‘Shift Name’ and other details in the respective fields as required and click on the ‘Save’ button. The Permission settings for the shift will be saved accordingly.

Note: Select the checkbox for ‘Apply the Settings for All Shifts if you want to apply the same permission settings for all shifts.

2. What to do if facing issue of showing 0 permission hour?

Kindly check the Permission Hours are set in the system. Refer the path below to set permissions:

Path: Cloud login > Settings > Attendance > Attendance Settings > Permission> Fill in permission details > Save.

Step 1: Log in to the Cloud portal and navigate to ‘Settings ‘menu.

Step 2: Select ‘Attendance’ from the tab, then click on ‘Attendance Settings’.

Step 3: Click on ‘Permission’ to configure access rights and restrictions related to attendance management.

Step 4: Fill in the details and, click on ‘Save’.

Note: If the setting is there kindly check if the employee has exhausted the maximum permission entries that are allowed for the month. If yes then the system will show validation.
