# My Tickets

### 1. How to create the ticket?

To raise ticket in Help desk from ESS, refer the steps below:

**Path:** Login to ESS portal > go to Help module > My Tickets > My ticket list > Click on Add + > Edit the details in fields which are mandatory > Create Ticket

**Step 1:** Log in to '**ESS**', go to the '**Help module**' and select ‘'**My Tickets**'.

**Step 2:** Select **’My Ticket List’**, and Click on '**Add +**'.

**Step 3:** '**Fill the details**' in fields which are mandatory then Click '**Create Ticket**'.
