1. How to create the ticket?

To raise ticket in Help desk from ESS, refer the steps below:

Path: Login to ESS portal > go to Help module > My Tickets > My ticket list > Click on Add + > Edit the details in fields which are mandatory > Create Ticket

Step 1: Log in to 'ESS', go to the 'Help module' and select ‘'My Tickets'.

Step 2: Select ’My Ticket List’, and Click on 'Add +'.

Step 3: 'Fill the details' in fields which are mandatory then Click 'Create Ticket'.
