# Attendance Regularization
### 1. How to delete attendance regularisation entry done by an employee from their ESS portal?
To delete the Attendance regularization, go to employee ESS portal and delete it before it is in pending stage. Once it is accepted then that punch can be modified from admin could portal only.
To delete from Employee ESS portal before the approval, refer the process below:
**Path:** ESS portal login > go to Leave > Request > Attendance Regularisation > Select the date Range > Search > From the search results, select corresponding employee’s date of the request you want to remove > delete.
**Step 1:** Log in to the **ESS Portal**, go to the **‘Leave’** menu, select **‘Request’**.
**Step 2:** In the **‘Attendance Regularisation’** tab, Select the **‘Date Range’** that includes the request you wish to delete and click **‘Search’**.
**Step 3:** From the search results, select corresponding employee’s date of the request you want to remove and Click the **‘Delete’** button on the right to cancel the request.
