# On-Duty/ Work from home

### 1. How to apply second half On-duty (OD)?

**Path:** ESS login > Leave > Request > On-duty/work from home > fill in details > save

**Step 1:** Log into the ESS portal, select ‘Leave’ and then ‘Request’ from the left side menu.

**Step 2:** Select the ‘On Duty / Work From Home’ tab at the top.

**Step 3:** Select the ‘Start Date’ and ‘End Date’ as well as the corresponding ‘In Time’ and ‘Out Time’ in the 24-hour format. You can also enter any remarks if you wish so.

**Step 4:** Select the ‘Save’ button to apply.
