# Timesheet

### 1. How to check status of the timesheet module entries approved by the manager?

**Step 1:** Log into the ESS portal, go to the ‘Timesheet’ menu and click on the ‘Approval’ submenu.

**Step 2**: Go to the ‘Timesheet Admin Approval’ tab, select the ‘Employee’ & ‘Date Range’ from the respective fields and click on the ‘Search’ button.

**Step 3**: Scroll down to the ‘Previous Entries (Approver)’ section and under the ‘Status’ column you can view whether the respective entry is approved by the manager yet or not.

**Path**: Log in to ESS portal with Admin/HR credentials>Timesheet>Approval>Timesheet Admin Approval>enter details>Search>scroll down to ‘Previous Entries (Approver)’ section-check Status
