🔹Notification Management Center

Notification Management Center

The Notification Management Center lets you choose which channels deliver alerts for each module and event, and search past notifications from one place.

Channels are set per event, across ESS (Desktop), Email, Mobile Push and WhatsApp.

This helps in:

  • Controlling how alerts are delivered for each module

  • Turning a channel on or off for all events in a module in one action

  • Tracking whether a notification was delivered, read or failed

  • Finding past notifications without checking each module separately

How to View and Modify Settings on the Notification Management Page?

Path: Login into ESS Portal → Profile Image → Notification Management

Step 1: Open Notification Management

Log in to the ESS portal and Click your Profile Image in the top-right corner, then select Notification Management.

Step 2: Select a Module

Under Modules, select the module whose notifications you want to configure. You can also type the module name in Search modules... to find it.

The modules listed depend on the modules enabled for your company.

The system displays the events of the selected module, along with the number of events next to the module name, for example Confirmation (16 events).

Each event shows its name and a short description of when it is sent. Click the ⓘ icon next to an event name for more information.

Step 3: Set Channels for All Events Using Bulk Channel Controls

Under Notification Channel Preferences, use the toggles in the Bulk Channel Controls row to enable or disable a channel for all events of the selected module. Other modules are not affected.

When a channel is turned off in Bulk Channel Controls, the toggle for that channel is turned off for every event in the module.

Step 4: Set Channels for Each Event

For each event, enable or disable the toggle under each channel.

Important: The WhatsApp status at the top of the screen shows whether WhatsApp is set up for your company.

It shows Configured when WhatsApp is set up,

and Not Configured when it is not.

When the status is Not Configured, the WhatsApp toggles still appear on the screen, but they are greyed out and cannot be changed.
