To download the approval matrix report you can follow the path below: **Path:** Cloud login > Go to Analytics > Reports > HR > Approval matrix > Select Module Name, Manager code for specific employee or keep it blank for all employee report > Select status > Download the excel report. **Step 1:** Log in to the **Cloud portal** and navigate to the **‘Analytics’** menu Select **‘Reports’**.

**Step 2:** Click on the **‘HR’** tab, and select **‘Approval Matrix’** to access the report settings.

**Step 3:** Configure the following filters: * **Module Name:** Select the specific module from the dropdown. * **Manager Code:** Enter a code for a specific employee or **keep it blank** to view data for all employees. * **Status:** Choose the approval status you wish to filter by (e.g., All, approved, rejected, etc). * **Employee:** Current status of employee such as live, left or all.
