Form 12BA is an income tax form used to report perquisites (like free housing or travel) provided by an employer. It is required if the employee's annual salary exceeds Rs 1,50,000. 2. How to download the 12BA form?

Path: Cloud Portal>Analytics>Report>Income Tax>Form 12BA Report>select required details>Download

Step 1: Log into the cloud portal, go to the ‘Analytics’ menu and click on the ‘Report’ submenu.

Step 2: Under the ‘Income Tax’ tab, click on the ‘Form 12BA Report’ subtab.

Step 3: Select Category, Employee Code and the ‘TDS Print Date’ from the respective fields. Click on the ‘Download’ button and the Form 12BA Report will be downloaded accordingly.
