How download/get form 16?

Before downloading any TDS or Tax reports make sure the default year is set correctly for the year you want to download the report. Follow the process in the link mentioned below to change the default financial year.

Path: Cloud Portal>Analytics>Report>Income Tax>Form 15>fill in details>Download

Step 1: Log into the cloud portal, go to the ‘Analytics’ menu and click on the ‘Report’ submenu.

Step 2: Under the ‘Income Tax’ tab, click on the ‘Form 16’ submenu. Select Category, Employee and other required details in the respective tabs and click on the ‘Download’ button. The From 16 will be downloaded accordingly.

Note: To download Form 16 you need to ensure that the payroll is processed with income tax for all the months in the respective financial year.
