1. How to download TDS statement report or TDS deduction report?

Before downloading any TDS or Tax reports make sure the default year is set correctly for the year you want to download the report. Follow the process in the link mentioned below to change the default financial year.

Step 1: Log into the cloud portal, go to the ‘Analytics’ menu and click on the ‘Report’ submenu.

Step 2: Under the ‘Income Tax’ tab, click on the ‘TDS Statement’ subtab. Select Category, TDS Deduction Month and click on the ‘Download PDF’ or ‘Download Excel’ button. The TDS statement report will be downloaded accordingly.
