# Email Templates

### **Email Templates**

Copy, edit, or create email templates. These email templates can be used across the Recruitment V2 module. Sending offers, interview invites, reminders, etc.

**Path:** Cloud > Settings > Recruitment V2 > Email Templates

### **Manage Existing Templates**

**Path:** Cloud > Settings > Recruitment V2 > Email Templates

**Step 1:** Log in to the **Cloud portal,** and go to **Settings,** then select **Recruitment V2.**

**Step 2:** Go to **Email Templates** and Type a name into the **Search templates...** bar to quickly find any existing email layout.

Click the **Copy** icon at the bottom right corner of any template card to duplicate it.

**The email template will appear like this after you click the Copy button.**

### **Create a New Template**

**Path:** Cloud > Settings > Recruitment V2 > Email Templates > +New.

**Step 1:** Log in to the **Cloud portal,** and go to **Settings,** then select **Recruitment V2.**

**Step 2:** Go to **Email Templates** and Click the **+ New** button in the top right corner.

**Step 3:** Select an option from the **Event Name** dropdown menu.

**Step 4:** Type your email headline in the **Subject** box.

**Step 5:**

1. Write your email text inside the **Body** field.
2. Click the **Attachment** tab if you need to upload a file to the email
3. You can select text tags from the left **Placeholders** menu to automatically pull and display details like job titles or job codes.

**Step 6:** Click **Preview** to review the final design, then click **Create** to save and activate it.
