🔷Currency Option
1. Currency Option for Salary (CTC)
A new currency selection feature has been added, allowing you to choose the preferred currency before entering Current and Expected CTC values. It helps organizations capture salary details in the currency they actually use. This will further help global teams to enter pay in the right currency.
By default, the system continues to display values in INR. However, users can now select alternate currencies before entering Current and Expected CTC amounts. Additional currencies can be enabled for your organization with consultant support. Please contact us in case you need more flexibility or currency option in your system.
How to Set Currency Option?
You can view and set the currency option through two different paths:
When Candidates sets it for self.
When HR/Admin Sets it
When Candidate Sets Currency Option:
Candidates can set the currency option for self by following the path below:
Path: Visit the Company’s Career Page > Apply for your desired Job > Fill in the details > Proceed > fill details > change the currency option > Apply.
Step 1: Visit career page, click on ‘Apply’ for your desired Job. Then it will take you to job application page, fill in all the details (Name, Dob, email, etc), and click proceed. Then, change the currency option and click on ‘Apply’.

When HR/Admin sets Currency Option:
Follow the path below when. HR/admin/recruiter sets the currency:
Path: ESS login > Hire > Candidate > Candidates> Edit Icon > Apply for Job > Change the currency option > save.
Step 1: Login to ESS portal, go to ‘Hire’ menu, and select ‘Candidate’ sub-menu.
Step 2: Select ‘Candidates’ tab, and click on the ‘Edit icon’ below the employee card.
Step 3: Select the ‘Apply for Job’ option and change the currency option as per your requirement. Then click on ‘Save’.
