# Single Sign In Option

Pocket HRMS now supports **Single Sign In (SSO)** with Google and Microsoft account. This feature simplifies your login experience, allowing you to access your Cloud portal quickly and securely. Follow the steps below to activate SSO option.

### How to Activate Single Sign In Option for Google in Cloud Portal?

**Step 1:** Log in to your **Cloud Portal** using your **Username,** and **Password** at <https://coud.pockethrms.com>.

**Step 2:** click on the **Profile Icon** in the top-right corner and select **SSO Authentication** to access it.

**Step 3:** You will see ‘Single Sign-In options’ for **Google**. Click on the **Connect** button next to the platform.

**Step 4:** You will be redirected to the login page of google platform:

* Enter your **Google account credentials**. Click on the ‘Continue’ to sign in and link your google account.

**Step 5:** Once you successfully sign in with your google account, then click on ‘Ok’ button to save the data successfully.

**Step 6:**  Once the data is saved successfully, your SSO login through google is activate&#x64;**.**

**Step 7:**  After activation, log out of the from the cloud portal by clicking on the **Profile Icon** in the top-right corner and then click on ‘Log Out’ option.

**Step 8:** Now simply click on the ‘Log in Using Google’ button to successfully sign in using your linked Google account.

### How to Deactivate Single Sign In Option for Google from Cloud Portal?

**Step 1**: Log in to your **Cloud Portal** using your **Username,** and **Password** at:\
<https://coud.pockethrms.com>.

**Step 2:** Click on the **Profile Icon** in the top-right corner and select **SSO Authentication** to access it.

**Step 3:** Click on the disconnect button to deactivate or unlink your google account.

**Step 4:** Click on the on the ok button to save the changes successfully.

**Step 5:** Your Google account is successfully deactivated and you can view the 'Connect' button.&#x20;

### How to Activate Single Sign In Option (SSO) for Microsoft in ESS Portal?

**Step 1:** Log in to your ESS Portal using your Employee Code, and Password at:\
https\://\[companycode].pockethrms.com or <https://sso.pockethrms.com>.

**Step 2:** Click on the ‘Profile Icon’ at the top-right corner of the screen and select ‘SSO Authenticatio&#x6E;**’** option.<br>

**Step 3:** Click on the ‘Connect’ button to link Microsoft for single sign in option.<br>

**Step 4:** You will be redirected to the Microsoft login page, enter your Microsoft account credentials and click on the ‘Next’ button. Once you successfully sign in,single sign in option activated.

**Step 5**: Once single sign in option is activated ‘Disconnect’ button will be visible.<br>

**Note**: To go back to the home screen, click on the ‘Go Back’ or the ‘Company Logo’.

**Step 6:** After activation, log out of your ESS account. On the ESS log in page you can simply click on ‘Continue with Microsoft’ button to access your Pocket HRMS portal easily.

In order to sign in using the microdsoft account after the setup you need to use a different url which is [sso.pockethrms.com](http://sso.pockethrms.com) or  \[companycode].[pockethrms.com](http://pockethrms.com)

### How to deactivate Single Sign In Option (SSO) for Microsoft?

**Step 1:** Log into the ESS portal, click on the ‘Profile Icon’ in the top-right corner and select ‘SSO Authentication’ option.

**Step 2:** Click on the respective ‘Disconnect’ button to deactivate single sign in option for Microsoft.<br>

**Step 3:** You will get the pop-up asking you for the confirmation on disconnecting from Microsoft single sign in option (SSO). Click on the ‘Ok’ button and single sign in option for Microsoft will be deactivated.<br>

**Note**: Once Microsoft single sign in option (SSO) is deactivated ‘Connect’ button will be visible. You can click on the ‘Connect’ button to activate the single sign in option (SSO) for Microsoft again.

**Step 6:** After activation, log out of your ESS account. On the ESS log in page, ‘Continue with Google’ button will be visible and you can simply click on this button to access your Pocket HRMS portal easily.
