Introduction

The ‘Me’ section provides the profile related information of the employee who is using the Pocket HRMS app. It is a comprehensive dashboard that covers all information related to the employee.

This section will cover an in-detail guide on the ‘Me’ screen as follows-

User rights

My Details

  • This screen provides you with a list of the profile data that your employer knows about you.

  • Employee Profile Image: You will be able to add any other image or remove the existing one by tapping on the profile image.

  • View HR Updates: This button helps you view any updates from HR regarding your profile.

  • Edit Button: This button at the top right corner helps you edit any detail which is missing or incorrect.

Personal Details

  • This screen provides you with a list of all of the personal information which your employer knows about you.

  • Edit Signature: This button allows you to draw your own signature and keep it secure in the database. Alternatively, you can also remove it if you don’t want it to be in the database.

  • View HR Updates: This button helps you view any updates from HR regarding your profile.

  • Edit Button: This button at the top right corner helps you edit any detail which is missing or incorrect.

Additional Details

  • This screen provides you with a list of additional information related to your employment.

  • View HR Updates: This button helps you view any updates from HR regarding your profile.

  • Edit Button: This button at the top right corner helps you edit any detail which is missing or incorrect.

Family Details

  • This screen helps you enter family member details into the system.

  • Add Family Member: This button helps in adding any family member to the database.

  • View HR Updates: This button helps you view any updates from HR regarding your profile.

Nominee Details

  • This screen helps you enter nominee details into the system.

  • Add Nominee Member: This button helps in adding a nominee into the database.

  • View HR Updates: This button helps you view any updates from HR regarding your profile.

Academic Details

  • This screen helps you enter academic details into the system.

  • Add Academic Detail: This button helps in adding any academic detail into the database.

  • View HR Updates: This button helps you view any updates from HR regarding your profile.

Emergency Contact Details

  • This screen helps you enter emergency contact’s details into the system.

  • Add Emergency Contact: This button helps in adding an emergency contact’s details into the database.

  • View HR Updates: This button helps you view any updates from HR regarding your profile.

Employment History

  • This screen helps you enter previous employment details into the system.

  • Add Employee History: This button helps in adding previous employment details into the database.

  • View HR Updates: This button helps you view any updates from HR regarding your profile.

Joining Documents

  • This screen helps you upload relevant documents into the system.

  • The employee needs to check the box and then select the corresponding ‘cloud’ icon to select the relevant file.

  • Save: Once all the files are selected, tap on this button to upload all the documents to your profile.

Employee Documents

  • This screen helps you view, add or delete the documents uploaded into the system.

  • You can tap on the ‘down arrow’ icon to download existing documents or tap the ‘bin’ icon to delete that document.

  • Upload: If you need to upload a new document, tap on this button to upload it to your profile.

Face Recognition

  • This screen helps you upload your images into the system for teaching the system to recognize your face.

  • You can tap on the three ‘upload’ icons to upload three different images of yourself which shows your face clearly .

Set Address

  • This screen will help you view previous addresses as well as set a new address to use the geofencing features of the app.

  • U can add a new address by tapping the ‘Add’ button and selecting your address on the map. Make sure to keep the ‘Location’ services or GPS of the phone switched on while using this feature.

  • Once you have selected the location on the map, tap on ‘Confirm’ to add that location to your list.
