Confirmation

Confirmation is the probation and permanent employment confirmation feature in Pocket HRMS 2.0 Mobile Application. When an employee joins the organization, they enter a probation period where their performance is evaluated by their manager and HR team. After the probation period ends, the manager and HR decide whether to confirm the employee as a permanent staff member, extend the probation for further assessment, or reject the confirmation. Employees can track their confirmation status throughout this process, while managers and HR complete their reviews and approvals.
