Functionalities on the Dashboard of Pocket HRMS 2.0 Mobile Application
1) Hamburger Menu (three horizontal lines located at the top left corner of the screen)
The Hamburger Menu (☰) located at the top-left corner of the screen provides quick access to all the main modules of the mobile app. By tapping this icon, users can open the navigation panel and easily move between different sections such as Attendance, Leave, Payroll, Holidays, Reports, and other available features. This menu helps users navigate the application efficiently without cluttering the main dashboard.
2) Punch In/ Punch Out Button
This feature allows you to punch in and punch out using your mobile device and displays all the punch details recorded throughout the day. However, for attendance calculation, only the first punch-in and the last punch-out of the day are considered.
3) Calendar Icon
Located at the right top series along with notification icon (bell icon) and your display picture Icon. The Calendar icon is used to view and track your attendance, permissions, and on-duty records for the selected month. It provides a monthly overview where users can easily identify the days on which permissions or on-duty requests, regularization requests were applied or approved, along with other important date-based information such as punch in/out timings, etc. This helps employees quickly review their attendance-related activities and events for the month.
4) Bell Icon (Notification Icon)
Located on the right top series beside the calendar icon. Used to view important updates and alerts within the mobile app. When tapped, it displays notifications related to activities such as leave approvals, attendance updates, payroll notifications, announcements, and other system alerts. This helps users stay informed about important actions and updates related to their account.
5) Photo Icon
The Photo icon represents the user’s profile picture. When tapped, it allows the user to view or manage their profile details, such as updating their profile photo, accessing account settings, or viewing personal information associated with their account. Situated at the top right corner of the dashboard.
6) Upcoming Holiday
Displays the next holiday scheduled in the organization’s holiday calendar. It helps employees quickly know the next upcoming day off without needing to open the full holiday list.
Users can also tap “Full List” to view all holidays for the year based on the company’s configured holiday calendar.
7) My Team attendance
The My Team Attendance feature allows to view and monitor the attendance status of your team members. It provides information such as punch-in/out details, present/absent status, late entries, and working hours for employees in the team. This helps managers easily track their team’s attendance and take necessary actions if required.
8) Office Event
The Office Event feature displays important employee occasions within the organization, such as birthdays, work anniversaries, and wedding anniversaries. It helps everyone stay informed about these special moments so colleagues can celebrate and wish their co-workers, fostering a more connected and positive workplace culture. You can select to see week wise events, month wise events or events in the next 2 days.
9) Leave Summary
The Leave Summary feature provides an overview of an employee’s leave balance and leave usage. It shows details such as total leaves allocated, types of leave allocated, leaves taken, pending leave requests, segregation of different leaves and their remaining leave balances. This helps employees easily track their leave status and plan their time off accordingly.
10) Finance Section
The finance section consists of 4 sub sections:
Last Salary credited: Navigates you to ‘My Salary Details’ page where you can download the ‘Payslip’ for any required month, view ‘My Provident Fund Details’ and ‘Gratuity’ details.
Last Increment: Displays the last increment date or the last increment provided by the employer.
Loan Information: Navigates you to the 'My Loan Details’ page, where you can view ‘Loan Details’ and ‘Loan Requests’.
Year to day Tax: Navigates you to the ‘Tax Details’ field where you can view ‘Worksheet TDS’, and ‘Form 16.
11) Company Buzz
The Company Buzz feature displays important announcements, updates, and messages shared by the organization. It allows HR or management to communicate information such as company news, policy updates, achievements, events, or general announcements to all employees. This helps keep everyone informed and connected with the latest updates within the organization.
12) Co-pilot Icon
The Co-Pilot icon provides access to the AI-powered assistant within the mobile app. When tapped, it allows users to ask questions, get guidance, and quickly find information related to HR processes and system features. The Co-Pilot helps users perform tasks more efficiently by providing instant support, suggestions, and answers within the application. Situated at the bottom of the dashboard.
13) Plus Icon
A quick shortcut that provides easy access to features such as applying for leave, requesting on-duty, attendance regularization, checking leave balance, and viewing payslips.
Note: At the bottom of the dashboard page, you can view your total work journey displayed in years and months. This helps you easily track your overall tenure and progress within the organization.
