### How to Apply On-duty in Pocket HRMS 2.0 Application?

Path: Login to mobile app of Pocket HRMS 2.0 > click on plus sign > Select Apply On-duty/WFH > Fill in the details such as (Date, Day type, time range, On duty type, remarks) > Save Request.

**Step 1:** Log in to the **Pocket HRMS 2.0 mobile app**.

**Step 2:** Tap on the **plus sign (+)** icon, which is typically located on the home dashboard for quick actions.

**Step 3:** Select the **‘Apply On-duty/WFH’** option from the menu that appears.

**Step 4:** Accurately fill in the required details for your request, which include:

* **Date:** Select the specific date for your request.
* **Day type:** Specify whether you are requesting a full day or a half day.
* **Time range:** Enter your expected working hours for that day.
* **On duty type:** Choose the appropriate category from the dropdown (e.g., Work From Home, Client Visit, Training).
* **Remarks:** Add a brief reason or any necessary context for your manager.

**Step 5:** Tap **‘Save Request’** to formally submit your application for approval.

**Alternate way:**

**Path:** Login to mobile app of Pocket HRMS 2.0 > click on 3 horizontal lines > Leave menu > Request > Select Onduty/Wfh Tab > > Fill in the details such as (Date, Day type, time range, On duty type, remarks) > Save Request.

**Step 1:** Log in to the **Pocket HRMS 2.0 mobile app**.

**Step 2:** Tap on the **three horizontal lines** (hamburger menu) located at the top left corner of the screen.

**Step 3:** Select the **‘Leave’** module from the menu and tap on **‘Request’**.

**Step 4:** Select “On duty/Work from home’ tab

**Step 5:** Accurately fill in the required details for your request, which include:

* **Date:** Select the specific date for your request.

**Note:** You can also view the details of previous on-duty application and approvals by clicking on **‘View Previous Entries’**.
