# General Info

### How to Preview and Download General Info Document (HR Tools) from Pocket HRMS 2.0 Mobile App?

**Path:** Login to Pocket HRMS 2.0 Mobile app > click on 3 horizontal lines (Hamburger menu) > Profile > HR Tools > General Info > Click on preview button to see the documents > Click download button to download the document

**Step 1**: Log in to the Pocket HRMS 2.0 mobile app and tap the **three horizontal lines** (hamburger menu) at the top left corner.

**Step 2:** From the menu options, navigate to the **‘Profile’** section and select **‘HR Tools’**.

**Step 3:** Tap on **‘General Info’** to access the list of available documents.

**Step 4:** Click on the **‘Preview’** button to view the document details on your screen.

**Step 5:** Click the **‘Download’** button to save the document directly to your device.
