How to view and Download Appreciation Certificate from Pocket HRMS 2.0 Mobile App?

Path: Login to Pocket HRMS 2.0 Mobile app > click on 3 horizontal lines (Hamburger menu) > Profile > My Profile > Appreciation > View and click on Download

Step 1: Log in to the Pocket HRMS 2.0 Mobile app and tap on the three horizontal lines (Hamburger menu) at the top left.

Step 2: From the side menu, select ‘Profile’, then click on ‘My Profile’.

Step 3: Tap on the ‘Appreciation’ tab.

Step 4: Select the specific appreciation record you wish to see to ‘View’ it and then click on ‘Download’ to save the document.

Alternate way from Profile Icon:

Path: Login to Pocket HRMS 2.0 Mobile app > Profile Icon > Basic information > Appreciation

Step 1: Login to Pocket HRMS 2.0 Mobile app. Tap on the ‘Profile Icon’ located on the dashboard of the application.

Step 2: Click on ‘Basic Information’.

Step 3: Tap on the ‘Appreciation’ tab.

Step 4: Select the specific appreciation record you wish to see to ‘View’ it and then click on ‘Download’ to save the document.
