### How to View or Add Academic Details from Pocket HRMS 2.0 Mobile App?

**Path:** Login to Pocket HRMS 2.0 Mobile app > click on 3 horizontal lines (Hamburger menu) > Profile > Other Details > Academic > You can view the details already added > Click on Plus sign to add academic details > Fill in details (such as degree, year of passing, Institution name, Grade/class, board/university, stream, others) > Save.

**Step 1:** Log in to the Pocket HRMS 2.0 Mobile app and tap on the \*\*three horizontal lines (Hamburger menu)\*\*at the top left.

**Step 2:** From the side menu, select ‘**Profile’**, then click on ‘**Other Details’**

**Step 3:** Click on ‘**Academic**’ tab, Then, **review any existing** information and tap on the **‘Plus sign (+)**’ icon to initiate the addition of new academic details.

**Step 4:** **Fill in the required fields**, including degree, year of passing, institution name, grade/class, board/university, stream, and any other relevant information.

**Step 5:** Click **‘Save’** to officially update the employee's academic records.
