Now, the candidate tracker can be used to retrieve all the candidate-related information that is included in the candidate report. You can use multiple filters to get up to 100 entries per page with the ability to get up to 6 months of data. Furthermore, you can use the 'Export To Excel' button which has no limit for a date range.
With our latest enhancement in the hire module, you don’t need to manually enter the sate name while adding or editing the job. Once you select the ‘Country’ the system will fetch the state names accordingly making the process hustle-free.
Pocket HRMS now enables you to import the Pop-up Data for multiple business units at once using the Excel sheet. That avoids a lot of repeated data entry saving you plenty of time and effort.
Now you can assign a cross company manager for employee separation. The cross-company employee separation feature is now fully functional for the admin portal as well as the self-service portal.
While applying for on-duty applications now employee can select their remark from the predefined field. You can also customize these remarks according to the requirements. If employee don’t select any of the predefined remarks they also have an option to type in their reason, ensuring adaptability to various situations.
The system now enables you to use the leave deduction feature for invalid punches. For example, if the system detects Invalid Punch i.e., single punch entries after the time consolidation process has been executed, leave deductions will be executed based on your configurations for Invalid Punch.
You can customize leave credit configurations for the probation period. Now you can tailor various leave types with specific credit counts for the probation period. Additionally, dependency can be added for probation period completion i.e., probation completion depends on the Confirmation date. Furthermore, HR can specify whether unused leaves should be Elapsed or Carried Forward upon confirmation.
