Effortless Bulk LOP Credit Entry

Now you can do bulk LOP credit input, making it easier than ever to manage Loss of Pay. No more manual entry for each employee - simply enter credits in bulk for multiple employees at once. This saves time, improves efficiency, and enhances workflow management. As an HR professional or organization, you'll enjoy smoother processes and increased productivity.

Efficiency Upgrade: Detailed Leave Balance View

Now, users can select the 'Summary' checkbox in the Leave Tracker report to access a more detailed view. This includes additional columns like 'Credit' and 'Debit,' alongside existing ones such as 'Opening,' 'Used,' and 'Balance.' This enhancement offers a comprehensive overview of leave balances and transactions, enabling informed decision-making for better leave management.

Flexible Requirements for Leave Attachments

Pocket HRMS enables you to set attachment mandatory for the leaves exceeding specified number of days based on a certain group of dates, such as retirement or confirmation. This feature offers flexibility and control in managing attachment requirements for different leave types, ensuring compliance and proper documentation making leave management hassle-free.

Streamlined Multi-Company ESS Access

Our HRMS now allows users to access and perform actions across multiple companies. With defined roles or groups, users can view data, make changes, or initiate transactions across entities. This enhancement ensures efficient operations and data security, enabling seamless management across multiple company contexts. It gives you streamlined processes and improved data segregation, enhancing overall productivity.

Geolocation with Easy Access & Tagging

You will get easier access to geolocation data with a global search option. Employee tagging within locations is also simplified with a dedicated search feature, displaying the count of tagged employees. This enhancement streamlines location management, making it easier to track and manage personnel across different locations. Providing improved accessibility and efficiency in geolocation settings for smoother HR operations.

Geolocation Integration: Enhanced Reporting

Now, geolocation fields are included in the data export wizard, covering aspects like name, radius, longitude, and latitude. This enhancement empowers users to include location-specific data in their reports, aiding analysis and interpretation.

Improved Monitoring with Geolocation

The ‘In Out Detail’ report now features two new columns, 'IN geolocation' and 'OUT geolocation,'. These columns show where employees enter and exit specified areas, aiding in tracking their movements. This enhancement offers a detailed overview of employee activities based on geolocation data, enhancing monitoring.

Accountability in Attendance with IP Address

Pocket HRMS now records employees' IP addresses when they punch in and out, included in both individual and team reports. This enables managers and administrators to review attendance records thoroughly, ensuring greater oversight and accountability within the organization.

Improved Collaboration in Offer Management

Recruiters can include managers in CC while sending offers to candidates. This keeps managers informed about offers sent out, streamlining communication, collaboration and transparency in the offer process.

Flexible Job Approval Settings

Pocket HRMS offers three enhanced flexibility in job approval workflows, ensuring efficient management of job creation and modification requests.

  1. Approval Required

All new job creation and modifications will need approval from assigned job manager. If a job manager is not assigned, job creation or modification will not be allowed.

  1. Approval Not Required

All new job creation/modification requests will be directly approved by the system, irrespective of whether a job manager is assigned.

  1. As per the assigned Job Manager

All new job creation/modification requests will be sent for approval to the assigned job manager. If no job manager is assigned, requests will be directly approved by the system

Effortless Module Selection Across Companies

We provide you 'Select/Deselect All' option for module selection in Cross-Company Manager. Modules not applicable will be automatically deselected and disabled. This streamlines module management, ensuring only relevant options are available, saving time and improving user experience.

Improved Oversight for Job Requisition Approval

Our HRMS now allows Super Admins to approve or reject Job Requisition requests directly. A new screen named 'Job Admin Approval' displays all pending requests for quick review and action. Notifications inform employees of approval or rejection by the admin. This increases oversight, and ensures efficient management of job requisitions.

Efficient Onboarding: Approval Across Companies

Now new hires can be approved across different company entities. This simplifies the approval process, enabling administrators to review and approve new employee requests efficiently, regardless of their organizational affiliation. Ensuring efficient new hire onboarding, regardless of their specific company or department within the organization.

Enhanced Flexibility in Expense Details

Users now are allowed to edit expense modes and purposes, offering greater flexibility and accuracy in expense management. This enhancement simplifies the process, enabling users to make necessary adjustments as needed, improving overall control and accuracy in expense tracking.
