🟩August 2025

We are thrilled to present our Monthly Update, with enhanced user-friendly tools to elevate your HR experience. Our commitment to innovation and efficiency drives us to bring you seamless updates that transform your HR processes. For the month of August 2025, we have the following enhancements.

Yearly Cap on Compensatory Off

A new option has been added in Leave Configuration for Compensatory Off (Comp-Off). This lets admins set the maximum number of Comp-Off leaves an employee can take in a year.

  • A setting is available: “Maximum [x] leaves of this type are allowed in a year.”

  • Example: If the limit is 5, an employee can take up to 5 Comp-Off leaves in that financial year.

  • After the limit is reached, the system will block new requests and show a message: “Leave limit is exceeded. Allowed yearly limit is: 5.”

  • The check happens instantly when applying, so no extra requests can go through.

The system shows a message when a leave request goes over the 5-day limit.

Remarks for Updated Punch and Attendance

We have improved the Modified Punch feature by adding a Remarks field. Now, whenever an employee’s in/out punch is changed, the user can record a reason or note.

  • A Remarks field is shown when editing a punch.

  • The remarks are saved with the modified punch details.

  • These remarks also appear in the Attendance Summary Report.

  • Example: If a punch is changed with the note “Informed I’ll be late but completed working hours”, it will be shown in the Remarks column of the report.

Orientation Added to Learning Certificate

A new option is available in Learning Program → Certification Details to set the certificate orientation.

  • Admins can choose Portrait or Landscape mode for certificates.

  • This helps match certificates with company branding and design needs.

  • When changing the orientation, the system shows a warning: “Warning: Watermark may shift with orientation. Check format before continuing.”

  • This ensures the watermark and layout are checked before finalizing.

Monthly Headcount Analysis

A new report called Monthly Headcount Trend Report has been added under the Headcount section. It shows male and female employee counts month by month.

  • Compare male vs. female headcount across months.

  • Filter by status:

    • Active – current employees

    • Inactive – employees who have left

    • All – both active and inactive

  • The report generates three sheets:

    • Active Data Sheet – detailed view of active employees

    • Inactive Data Sheet – detailed view of inactive employees

    • Overall Headcount Sheet – combined monthly headcount trends

Currency Choice in CTC Fields

We have added a currency selection option before entering Current and Expected CTC values.

Display:

  • Candidate Profile

  • Candidate Cards (Candidate List Page)

Customization:

  • By default, only INR is enabled.

  • Other currencies can be added on request through consultants.

Dynamic States in Candidate Creation

We have added a dynamic state list that updates automatically based on the selected country.

  • Current coverage: India, Australia, and Malaysia

  • Customization: Additional country–state mappings can be set up on request through consultants.
