We are thrilled to present our Monthly Update, with enhanced user-friendly tools to elevate your HR experience. Our commitment to innovation and efficiency drives us to bring you seamless updates that transform your HR processes. For the month of December 2025, we have the following enhancements.
Leave Lapse Configuration
Leave Credit settings have been enhanced with a Leave Lapse option, allowing admins to decide whether unused leave should automatically lapse as per company policy. Currently, this applies to leaves credited on the 1st of the month across all credit frequencies, helping prevent unintended accumulation of leave balances.
Age-Based Leave Credit
An Age Criteria for Leave Credit has been introduced, allowing admins to define a maximum employee age for leave eligibility. Leave will be credited only to employees who meet the configured age requirement.
Custom Maternity Leave Categories
Earlier, the system supported only a single maternity leave category. This has now been enhanced to allow multiple maternity leave categories, giving organizations the same flexibility available for Paternity Leave and enabling more tailored maternity leave policies.
Contextual Remarks for Punch Imports
A Remarks field has been added to both Unpunch Import and Invalid Punches Import. Any remarks entered during import are now saved and reflected in the Employee Profile on the Cloud portal, improving auditability and providing clearer context for attendance corrections.
Real-Time Shift Update
Employees can now receive real-time notifications on both web and mobile whenever a manager updates their shift through Roster Management. The notification includes updated shift details along with the manager’s name, ensuring clear visibility and timely awareness.
Smarter Employee Report Filtering
Leave and Attendance reports—including Leave, On Duty, Permission, and Regularization—now come with a Generic Filter option. Users can apply advanced, condition-based filters using employee master fields, enabling more precise analysis and easier, more effective reporting.
Proactive Unpunch Monitoring
The Continuous Unpunch Report has been enhanced to provide deeper insights. In addition to employee code and name, the report now includes Category, Department, Location, and Reporting Manager details, helping HR teams analyse unpunch patterns more effectively.
