### Punch-In Alert

1. The **Punch-In Reminder** feature sends shift-based reminders to employees through the **ESS/Mobile portal**.
2. Notifications can be configured in two ways through the **Go Rule Engine**:

* **Interval-based:** reminders are sent before and after shift start at a fixed interval (e.g., every 10 minutes).
* **Time-based:** HR can set specific times to send reminders.• Reminders are sent only if the employee is assigned to the shift and has **not punched in yet**.• Once the employee **punches in**, the reminders stop automatically.

### Last Manager Approval Flow in PMS

• If the **Last Manager rejects** the review form, the workflow will return to the **previous manager’s stage** for review and resubmission.

• The **previous manager must review and submit the form again** until it is finally approved by the Last Manager.

• Once the **Last Manager approves the form**, it will be included in the **final appraisal calculation**.

• A **mandatory “Remarks” field** has been added for the Last Manager while approving or rejecting the form to ensure proper justification and transparency.

• The **ratings given by the Previous Manager** will automatically be **copied to the “Last Manager Rating” column** after approval.

• These ratings will also be used in the **PMS reports** for accurate reporting and analysis.

• Option available to **include Header and Footer** while copying the letter.

• A **unique template name** can be assigned to the copied letter, and both the **email body and attachment** will be copied.

• Helps **reduce manual effort** and maintain **consistent HR letter formats** across entities.

• Saves time by allowing HR teams to **replicate complete templates quickly** without recreating them manually.
