Steps for sending offer letter to the candidate

Introduction

This page will help you with the steps to send offer letter to the candidate.

Pre-requisites:

Admin credentials
User rights
Note - Kindly contact your Admin/ HR for rights if you are not able to perform the steps below.

Steps

How to send the offer letter:
Step 1: Select ‘Recruitment’ and then ‘Transaction’ from the left side menu.
Step 2: Select ‘Job Outline’ from the Transaction page.
Step 3: Select the ‘Published Jobs’ tab at the top.
Step 4: Select the button ‘Offer’ against the job position.
Step 5: Select the candidate from the list and click on the button ‘Send Offer Letter’.
Step 6: Select the offer letter in PDF format using the ‘Browse’ button and click on ‘Send Mail’ button to send the offer letter to the candidate.
