### Auto Comp-Off Expiry

Earlier, the comp-off lapse had to be processed manually through a separate screen. This has now been automated. Based on the configured lapse days, eligible comp-off balances will automatically expire after the defined period, removing the need for manual action and ensuring timely and accurate balance updates.

### Leave Balance Extraction

The Leave Balance screen now includes a Download (Excel) option. Earlier, users could only view team leave balances on the screen. With this update, managers and HR users can export leave balance details to Excel for easier review, sharing, and offline record-keeping.

### Manager Break Shift Report

The Break Shift Report in the ESS Portal allows managers to view and download break-shift attendance details of their direct reporting employees.

Managers can select one or multiple employees, choose an optional date range, and generate the report in either of the following formats:• Alternate In/Out Punches• Dedicated In/Out Flags

If no employee is selected, the report includes all employees under the manager. If no date range is selected, all available data is considered.

### Unpunched Report – Email Upgrade

The Continuous Unpunched Report email has been enhanced to include more employee details when someone has not punched in for three consecutive days.

In addition to Employee Code and Name, the email now also shows:• Reporting Manager Name• Location• Department• Category

This helps stakeholders quickly identify the employee and take necessary action without checking the system separately.

### PMS Stage Activation Alert

A new notification feature has been added in PMS to inform employees when a stage becomes active in the workflow. Once a stage is activated, the system automatically notifies the relevant employees, ensuring better visibility, timely action, and smoother communication throughout the PMS cycle.

### Custom Event Notifications

* Added configurable email and ESS notifications for key events like Profile Updates and Device Reset Requests.
* Automatically informs HR, approvers, and employees when an action is triggered or completed.
* Prevents unnoticed profile changes and pending device reset requests.
* Reduces manual follow-ups and dependency on HR calls.
* Minimizes attendance and payroll issues caused by delays.
* Improves transparency, response time, and overall employee experience.

### Draft Option for Travel & Reimbursement

* Added a **Save as Draft** option for Travel and Reimbursement Requests, allowing employees to save entries without submitting them.
* Employees can partially fill details and continue later without losing data.
* Draft requests are shown separately under **Drafted Entries**.
* Employees can edit or delete drafts before final submission.
* Only complete requests are submitted to approvers, reducing errors and rework.
* Improves flexibility, accuracy, and overall user experience.
