3. What is Permission Opening?

Permission opening is the field, where you can mention the employee wise permission entry limit for the month.

4. How to setup E-Posh?

5. How to make I card?

Currently Pocket HRMS does not have the I card functionality.

6. In approval matrix if I change the name to approve the expenses, to admin, then can admin approve?

If the admin is been assigned as a manager to the expense module to a particular employee then only admin will be able to approve expenses from his/her ESS portal.

7. ESS portal helpdesk getting slow?

There might be below issues in slowness of the ESS portal: Kindly clear the caches, and check again, if it's not resolved then kindly connect with the support team.

9. Employees punches are not reflecting in pocket HRMS?

If the Employee punches are not reflecting in the HRMS portal, then kindly check with the below mentioned steps: 1. Check the Biometric Data base is showing the punches or not 2. If yes, then check the utility app is running or it is off. 3. It the utility is running, then right click on the utility icon in the app running arrow and click on restore, 4. the utility window will get opened. 5. Map the database and the other fields as it is. 5. Go to Synchronization page and start the utility. 6. Check the Pocket HRMS employee cloud profile > Attendance > click on eye icon in right upside corner > In Row punches if the punches are reflecting, 7. Run the in out import from Attendance > Utilities > In out Import. The punches will reflect in the system.

10. Cloud portal running slow?

If you notice the cloud portal running slowly, it could be caused by an internet issue or a temporary slowdown from a server restart.

11. How to reverse the un punches bulk import?

There is no option to reverse the import, to make changes in the imported file you need to import the corrected punches file again.

12. How to cancel the payroll process in progress?

There is no option to cancel the payroll process once you hit the process button, but you can delete the processed payroll to make changes if required.

13. When employee resign through there ESS portal, after manager approval how can employee see their last working day?

After the resignation approval the LWD will reflect on the employee ESS dashboard.
