Introduction

Regular appraisals and employee recognition helps you build better workplace. Motivated workforce is one of the benefits of accurate appraisal management.

Pocket HRMS makes managing appraisal easy for the HR with reduced time consumption. Given below are steps involved in processing appraisal for employees.

Pre-requisites:

✔️ Admin credentials

✔️User rights

Note - Kindly contact your Admin/ HR for rights if you are not able to perform the steps below.

Steps

How to process appraisal and its parameters:

Step 1: Go to 'Settings'

Step 2: Proceed to 'Appraisal' column.

Step 3: Select 'Appraisal Configuration' to set the year and appraisal mode. After editing details, click on 'Update'.

Step 4: Select 'Appraisal Process' for degree feedback, which helps you select group of people involved in providing feedback.

Step 5: Now, select grading matrix and comments for appraisal.

Step 6: Appraisal parameter involves deciding factors like competency, punctuality, skills, etc. for the employee.

Step 7: 'Appraisal question' option helps you create questions to be asked to the employee amidst their appraisal process.

Step 8: 'Year End Transfer' involves transferring appraisal year and appraisal is processed for the eligible people. After entering password (by admin), click on 'Yearly Transfer'.
