# Health

Through health module of Pocket HRMS dashboard you can keep track of employee health parameters. The HRMS allows you to set health related questions and frequency of tracking easily. 

The employees then answer the set questions on set frequency to help HR/ admin know their health status. Stepwise procedure to set health module is explained below.

### **How to set health module:**

**Step 1:** Go to 'Settings'

**Step 2:** Proceed to 'Health' module

**Step 3:** Select 'Settings' option. Here you can enable or disable the module. Also, you can set frequency and select day to track employee health.

**Step 4:** Select 'Field Creation' option. This option helps you create health-related questions to be asked to your employees.
