1. What is OLTS?
OLTS is Online Leave Tracking System, where the leave and attendance related configurations can be set.
1.1 How to get email notification when employee’s leave is approved by all the concerned managers?
Path: Cloud Portal>ESS Settings > Leave>>OLTS Configuration> Leave Intimation Mail-enter email>Save
Step 1: Log into the cloud portal, go the ‘ESS Settings’ menu and under the ‘Leave’ tab click on the ‘OLTS Configuration’ subtab.
Step 2: In the ‘Leave Intimation Mail’ field enter the email-id on which you want to be notified after employee’s leave get approved and click on the ‘Save’ button. You will be notified on this email about employee’s final leave approval.
