The latest update in your HRMS software empowers HR/Admin to control job modifications, allowing them to decide whether changes require approval. This ensures a streamlined process, preventing unauthorized modifications as well as secure and organize job updates. It enhances your ability to enforce approval protocols, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of job-related information within the system.

Job Timeline

Now, you can easily track a job's history with the new 'Job Timeline' button on the Job Profile page. Admins, HR, or Recruiters can view all job-related activities from creation to approval/rejection, publication, modification, and more.

‘Custom Field’ Transfer from Candidate to Employee

Automate data transfer from Custom Fields in Candidate Profile to Employee Profile by ensuring matching 'Field Name' and 'Field Type'. Set 'Compulsory' in Configuration field creation for seamless migration, simplifying the process and enhancing data consistency.

Auto-Migration of Candidate Info Upon Onboarding

Upon onboarding the education and work details saved in the candidate profile can be automatically migrated to the Employment History tab in the Employee Profile. It streamlines onboarding for Admins, HR, and Recruiters, eliminates manual data entry, saves time and ensures accuracy.

Automated Logo Generation for Offer Letters

When moving a candidate to the 'Offer' stage and you use the CTC Calculator to make an offer, the system now automatically includes the Company Name and Logo in the CTC template sent to the candidate. That provides a professional touch to your communication and ensures a polished and branded presentation.

Multiple Filters for Flexible Reporting

Use the reporting system's filter to precisely customize reports and find exactly what you need. That makes them more user-friendly and provides targeted insights. This aids in tracking changes and extracting precise data to enhance decision-making. You will get these filters for various reports such as gratuity, report wizard and compliance.
