We are thrilled to present our Monthly Update, with enhanced user-friendly tools to elevate your HR experience. Our commitment to innovation and efficiency drives us to bring you seamless updates that transform your HR processes. For the month of November, we have the following enhancements:
This enhancement lets an employee upload certificates in the Training section of his profile. This section is where you find info about the education and training of employees. Now, it's all in one place, making it simpler for an employee to upload, download and delete all the important training and education details.
The system now allows for setting up attendance and leave deductions based on different shifts. This means you can customize how leave is deducted for employees depending on the specific shift they are working.
This feature provides flexibility in managing attendance and leave policies, allowing you to tailor deduction rules according to the varied schedules and working hours of different shifts. It simplifies the process of handling leaves by aligning deduction practices with the unique characteristics of each work shift.
The updated HRMS software now lets you set specific rules to easily manage overtime for employees during their week off. In addition to the minimum and maximum working hour eligibility for overtime, the system also allows you to specify the start time after which overtime work hours will be counted.
For example, if you set,
Overtime on week off will start at 15 hours (according to the 24-hour Clock)
Minimum time to be considered as 1 minute &
Maximum working hours as 6
If an employee works past 3 pm (15 hrs) on a weekend, even just for one minute, it's considered overtime (OT). However, only up to 6 hours of overtime is allowed. So, if an employee works 6 hours and 30 minutes on the weekend, only 6 hours will be counted as overtime.
The new feature in the software allows you to control the deletion of employees' joining documents. In simpler terms, you can now choose whether or not to show the delete button to employees for Joining Documents. You can opt to hide the delete button adding an extra layer of control and preventing accidental or unauthorized removal of crucial joining documents.
Now, when you're setting up your payroll dashboard, you have a broader selection of earning and deduction components at your disposal. This enhancement provides a comprehensive list that makes the dashboard creation process more flexible and reflects the organization's payroll data.
So, you can more accurately represent different aspects of compensation and deductions in your payroll dashboards. This simplifies and enhances your ability to manage and analyze payroll information effectively.
The Bell Curve Screen displays employee performance. It's a visual tool that displays their performance and potential ratings in a standard and default non-editable format. It helps illustrate how ratings are distributed in a workforce. In a typical bell curve shape most employees are in the average range, with fewer at the high and low extremes of performance and/or potential.
In simpler terms, the Rating Normalization feature allows you to adjust final ratings based on different filters like job categories, departments, locations, and grade percentages This customization ensures a more accurate representation of performance distribution within specific segments of your workforce.
The calibrated curve is visible only when predefined conditions are met which are essential to form a meaningful visual representation of how well employees are performing within selected segments. This feature enables you to make more informed decisions about talent management, promotions, and training.
Our HRMS software now provides three helpful views allowing HR professionals to easily visualize and compare employee performance.
The Expected Bell Curve View helps you see how performance is ideally distributed across your workforce.
The Actual Graph View provides a real-time display of current performance levels.
The Calibrated Curve View enables you to fine-tune and adjust performance expectations.
These views empower you to make informed decisions, identify areas for improvement, and recognize top performers. By having a clear visual representation of your workforce's performance, you can enhance talent management strategies, address skill gaps, and ensure a fair and calibrated evaluation process.
