The HRMS software allows the HR manager or administrator to enable the 'Single Punch' feature for multiple employees or specific categories of employees. Once enabled, employees can punch their attendance at any time between their designated 'in' and 'out' timings.
The system automatically assigns shifts to employees based on their recorded punch time. This ensures accurate tracking of working hours and adherence to the assigned schedules. That accommodates flexible work hours, remote work, or staggered shifts, catering to the modern workforce's needs and reducing administrative burden with automation.
