Automated Shift Adjustments for Single Punch
With our intuitive Auto-Scheduler feature, Pocket HRMS simplifies shift management effortlessly. When an employee arrives within their designated shifts and makes a single punch, the system automatically synchronizes their time, reducing administrative workload.
For example, if an employee arrives somewhere in the middle of their assigned shift hours (for instance, 09 AM – 05:30 PM) and records a single IN/OUT punch, our system automatically updates the shift timing against the employee’s Time IN/OUT punch. This smart automation eliminates the need for manual adjustments, ensuring precise time tracking without the hassle.
Multi-Manager Approval System
The Auto-Scheduler feature simplifies leave approvals. Now, you can assign multiple managers at the same level, each with unique leave approval responsibilities. For instance, one manager can handle approvals, while others supervise the process, ensuring efficient leave management without complications.
This flexibility prevents bottlenecks and ensures that leave requests are processed promptly and employees experience faster responses to their requests.
Manager's Notes in Travel Requests
Now, managers can leave comments while sending travel requests to employees via email.
That helps to maintain clear communication as managers can provide specific instructions through comments, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
Quick Feedback Download from ESS
Now, employees can easily download ratings given by Admin/HR via the ESS Portal. This allows them to view their performance feedback conveniently.
Streamlined Attendance Regularization Reports
With our latest update, HR professionals and administrators can now easily download the Attendance Regularization Report making your HR tasks more efficient and hassle-free.
State-wise Statutory Reports Made Simple
With our new update HR/Admins can access and manage report status on our Cloud Portal. The data is presented in a simple calendar format, making tracking important dates and updates effortlessly.
Compliance Tracker
Our new Compliance Dashboard simplifies reporting. Easily choose states and get a monthly summary of pending and submitted reports. Stay ahead with upcoming deadlines displayed prominently.
It will provide in-depth details such as applicable Form no, frequency, upcoming deadline, etc. It has multiple filters (Month/Year) on the basis of which we can download the report and check the last downloaded report history.

The Administrator or HR can now define a reporting and escalation matrix without changing the reporting manager for an employee. The Reporting Matrix and Escalation Matrix has four options:

Since the PAN number is unique a candidate can not apply twice. When someone applies for a job, the system will validate their PAN number with pre-existing data and won’t allow repeated applications.
