With this update, you will get a custom monthly attendance summary report in a more engaging format. Our user-friendly interface allows you to configure colours for different shifts, transforming complex data into a visually appealing view. Allowing you to grasp attendance patterns swiftly, promoting instant understanding without diving into intricate details.
This feature provides a clear and visual representation of shift attendance. You can easily compare actual punch counts with expected employee numbers for each shift, all presented in a graphical format.
This visual overview offers immediate insights into attendance patterns, enabling informed staffing decisions.
You can upload photos, essential documents, and visual materials with just a few clicks, making communication more efficient. Along with ease of uploading this feature also makes HR communication more engaging.
With this enhancement, employees can now request an on-duty when they work half day. The system will be showing only a punch entry until acceptance of the request. Once the request is accepted, a single entry will be shown which is a merged punch entry and on-duty entry. It simplifies the process by showing all the information in one entry after approval.
This enhancement allows you to set rules for comp off eligibility based on predefined working hours. This means employees will only earn comp off credits when they complete the specific working hours. That ensures transparency and simplifies the comp off management process making it a hassle-free and efficient experience.
With our new tracker report you get a snapshot of crucial' leave data such as opening and closing leave balances along with numbers for leaves credited, used, and debited in a single report. This detailed tracker report helps you spot trends in leave utilization for smarter, more efficient workforce management.
The feature simplifies the process of adding stop payment entries in bulk. Instead of selecting employees one by one, you can now import these entries in bulk, saving a significant amount of time and energy. That helps you to reduce manual errors and also enhance data accuracy.
Now managers can download detailed reports that show how much time employees spend on specific projects after approvals. This means managers can see exactly how many hours are dedicated to each project.
The feature allows managers to get detailed raw data for in-and-out punches by their team members. This functionality is accessible through My Team Reports and Employee Reports. Managers can use the detailed punch information to identify the pattern and optimize shift schedules.
