1. How to export all the active and inactive employee data?

To export active and inactive employee data you can follow below path:

Path: Login to cloud portal > Go to employee > Employee List > Employee Filter > Select employee status as All > Click on Apply > Go to Employee Export > Select Master field data field as required > Click on Download.

Step 1: Log in to the Cloud portal, go to the β€˜Employee’ menu, and select β€˜Employee List’ sub-menu.

Step 2: Click on β€˜Employee Filter’ to view the filtering options.

Step 3: Select β€˜Employee Status’ as β€˜All’ by clicking on the all button. Then, scroll down to click on β€˜Apply’.

Step 4: Click on the β€˜Employee Export’ button.

Step 5: In the export window, go to the β€˜Master field’ section and select the data fields you require in the report. Click β€˜Download’ to save the file.

2. How to get left employee’s department and designation?

To check the left employee Department and Designation kindly follow the steps below:

Path: Cloud login > Go to Employee > Employee List > Employee Filter > Select employee status as left > Apply > go to Employee export > In master field search for department > enable the check box > select Designation > enable the check box> Download

Step 1: Log in to the Cloud portal, go to the β€˜Employee’ menu, and select β€˜Employee List’ submenu.

Step 2: Click on β€˜Employee Filter’, select the employee status as β€˜inactive’, and click β€˜Apply’.

Step 3: Click on the β€˜Employee Export’ button to open the export settings.

Step 4: In the β€˜Master field’ section, tick the β€˜department’ Next, select β€˜Designation’ and enable its checkbox to also include it in the report and click β€˜Download’ to save the filtered and customized employee list.

3.How to fetch report of employee data?

Path: Employee>Employee List>Employee Filter>All-Apply>Employee Export>Select All> Download.

Step 1: Log into the cloud portal, go to the β€˜Employee’ menu and click on the β€˜Employee List’ submenu.

Step 2: Click on the β€˜Employee Filter’ from the upper right-hand side of the screen and a pop-up will open.

Step 3: Select the radio button for the β€˜All’ option and click on the β€˜Apply’ button.

Step 4: Click on the β€˜Employee Export’ option towards the upper right-hand side of the screen and a pop-up will open.

Step 5: In the β€˜Master Fields’, tick radio button for the β€˜Select All’ option and click on the β€˜Download’ button. The employee data will be downloaded including data for separated employees.

Note: The details will be downloaded with the respective employee code and employee names.

4. Approval matrix

4a. How to view or add approver for an employee?

Step 1: Go to 'Employee'

Step 2: Follow 'Employee' > 'Employee List'

Step 3: Select your employee by clicking on their profile or 'Employee Filter' as shown below.

Step 4: After an employee profile appears, proceed to the 'Approval Matrix' option. Here you can see previously configured approvers. To add a new approver, click on '+' button as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 5: Fill in the details in the box below and click on 'Save'.
