To log into the ESS portal ensure that you are using the correct ‘Company Code’, ‘Employee Code’ and the ‘Password’.

If you are still unable to log into the ESS portal, contact your Admin or HR for your user rights and login credentials.

1) Company code and employee code are correct 2) The password entered is correct 3) There is no space in any field while entering log in detail

9. How to deactivate the employee’s ESS portal or ESS mobile app for a few days?

The ESS Web and mobile App login for employee can’t be deactivated for a few days. The self-service portal or app can only be deactivated at the time of employee separation.

10. How to Temporary Lock the ESS ID Password of Employee?

The employee ESS ID password cannot be temporarily blocked. However, it can be made inactive at the time of separation only. Alternatively, you can change the self-service role of that employee with such user who don’t have any rights of request or view. The employee will only be able to view the dashboard.

11. How to Send Direct Message from ESS Portal to All Employees?

To send direct message from ESS Portal to all employee you can follow the ‘Latest News’ or ‘Bulletin News Option’.

12. How to Download Organisational Chart?

Organisation Chart is only available to view and cannot be downloaded.
