1. What to do if I am unable to log into the ESS portal?
To log into the ESS portal ensure that you are using the correct ‘Company Code’, ‘Employee Code’ and the ‘Password’.
If you are still unable to log into the ESS portal, contact your Admin or HR for your user rights and login credentials.
Note: Also check if the password is generated for the employee.

3. Employees are unable to mark attendance from the ESS mobile app?
Please check the following factors.
In case of face recognition for attendance, employee’s selfie is approved by the HR.
