If you follow the path Analytics >> Reports >> Attendance, and download the report from Monthly Summary or Muster Roll Wizard. But, attendance is not reflected for a specific date or month in the employee profile. Check the below points to view employee’s attendance:
a. Check if the shift is assigned to the employee
b. Check if the Raw punch is available in the employee’s profile
Step 1: Log into the cloud portal, go to the ‘Employee’ menu and click on the ‘Employee List’ submenu.
Step 2: Select the employee, for whom attendance is not visible and their profile will open.
Step 3: In the cloud portal go to the employee’s profile, under the ‘Attendance’ subtab click on the ‘Shift Details’ tab to view the shift entry.
Step 4: If a shift is not assigned to the employee, you can click on the ‘Plus Icon’ towards the upper right-hand of the screen.
Step 5: Enter the ‘Shift Name’ and the ‘Date Range’ and then click on the ‘Save’ button and the shift will be added for the employee.
Step 6: Again, go to the employee’s profile for whom attendance is not visible. Under the ‘Attendance’ tab click on the ‘In/Out Details’ option and click on the eye icon.
The raw punches will be visible in the pop-up.
If you see the punch data in the above step and the shift is also updated, run In/Out Import for the employee.
Step 7: To run In/Out Import, go to ‘Attendance’ menu and under ‘Utilities’ click on the ‘In/Out Import’ option.
Step 8: Enter information in the respective fields and click on the ‘Import’ button to run In Out Import for the employee.
Step 9: Once you do ‘In Out Import’, go to the employee’s profile, Under the ‘Attendance’ tab click on the ‘In/Out Details’ option and click on the eye icon and the ‘Raw Punch’ pop-up will open.
If the punch entry is visible in the pop up, then proceed to download the attendance report from the path Analytics >> Reports >> Attendance >> Monthly Summary or Muster roll wizard.

Step 1: Log into the cloud portal, go to the ‘Employee’ menu and then click on the ‘Employee List’ submenu.
Step 2: Select the employee from the list to whom you want to assign a shift
Step 3: Under the ‘Attendance’ tab click on the ‘Shift details’ subtab and click on the ‘+’ icon that is towards the right-hand corner.
Step 4: Select the ‘Shift Name’ and the ‘Date Range’ from the respective fields and click on the ‘Save’ button.
The new shift will be added for the employee.

Step 1: Log into the cloud portal, go to the ‘Employee’ menu and click on the ‘Employee List’ submenu.
Step 2: To reach employee’s profile, select the employee from the list for whom you want to delete the punch.
Step 3: Under the ‘Attendance’ tab click on the ‘In/Out Details’ subtab, click on the ‘3 Dots’ for the respective entry and select ‘Delete’ option. The employee’s punch will be deleted.
Note: If the raw punch data exist for particular entry, it will be retrieved once you run the In-Out Import. It is advised not to run In-Out Import after deleting the punch entry.
Path: Cloud Portal > Employee > Employee list > Select the Employee > Attendance > In/out details > ‘Three Dots’ > ‘Delete’

When you run the In/Out Import it processes attendance data and the employee punches are assigned accordingly. You can check if the employee punch data is assigned accordingly in the employee’s data.
Step 1: Log into the cloud portal, go to the ‘Employee’ menu and click on the ‘Employee List’ submenu.
Step 2: Select the employee from the list, whose punch data you want to check.
Step 3: Once you reach the employee’s profile under the ‘Attendance’ tab click on the ‘In/Out Import’ subtab. Here you can check if the attendance is marked correctly according to the assigned shift.
Step 4: If the attendance is incorrect, click on the ‘Eye Icon’ from the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
If the raw punch data is not visible please connect to our agent on chat.

To check if the employee’s attendance is marked correctly you can
A. Check In/Out punch data & Raw Punch data
B. Check the settings for the shift assigned
Step 1: Log into cloud portal, go to the ‘Employee’ menu and click on the ‘Employee List’ submenu.
Step 2: Select the employee for whom you want to check if the attendance is marked and system will take you to their profile.
Step 3: Under the ‘Attendance’ tab and click on the ‘In/Out Details’ subtab. Here you will check if the ‘In Time’ and ‘Out Time’ of the employee is marked.
Step 4: Click on the ‘Eye Icon’ towards the upper right hand of the screen to see the raw punch data.
The Raw Punch pop up will open here you can check if the raw punch data is captured for the employee.
If you see the raw punch data you can check the shift settings next.
Step 1: Log into the cloud portal, and under the ‘Attendance’ tab click on the ‘Shift Details’ subtab. Click on the shift assigned to employee for which you want to check the settings.
Step 2: A shift master you will check if all the settings related to the shift are correct. You can also make the required changes and click on the ‘Save’ button so the changes will be saved.
Note: If the raw punches are available and shift assigned are correct, please run the in/out process and check if the in/out details are updated as per the raw data and assigned shifts.

Shift Settings: Cloud>Settings>Attendance>Shift Details>select shift>check the settings

Step 1: Log into cloud portal, go to the ‘Employee’ menu and click on the ‘Employee List’ submenu.
Step 2: Select the employee for whom you want to edit or modify the punch and system will take you to their profile.
Step 3: Under the ‘Attendance’ tab click on the ‘In Out Details’ subtab. Find the entry for the date you want to modify the punch, click on the respective ‘3 Dots’ and click on the ‘Modify Punch’ option.
Step 4: Select the ‘Type’ as Full day present or half day present, In and Out Dates and Times in the respective fields and click on the ‘Save’ button. The change in the punch entry will be saved.
Note: The ‘M’ on the In Out Details page beside the date indicates that the punch is modified.
Path: Cloud portal>Employee>Employee List>Attendance>In Out Details>find the entry click on ‘3 Dots’>Modify Punch>fill in required details>Save

Step 1: Log into the cloud portal, go to the ‘Employee Menu’ and click on the ‘Employee List’ submenu.
Step 2: Select the employee for whom you want to update OD (On Duty) and the system will take you their profile.
Step 3: Under the ‘Attendance’ tab click on the ‘In Out Details’ subtab, click on the respective ‘3 Dots’ for the entry you want to edit and click on the ‘On Duty Entry’ option.
Step 4: Enter the ‘Type’, ‘Remarks’ and In and Out times in the respective fields and click on the ‘Save’ button. The on-duty entry will be saved accordingly.
Path: Cloud Portal>Employee>Employee List>select employee>Attendance>In Out Details> click on ’3 dots’ for entry to be edited-On Duty Entry>Type>Remark>In/Out Time>Save

Step 1: Log into cloud portal, go to the ‘Employee’ menu and click on the ‘Employee List’ submenu.
Step 2: Select the employee for whom you want to check or delete permission entries.
Step 3: Under the ‘Attendance’ tab click on the ‘Permission Entry’ subtab and click on the ‘+’ icon from the upper right side of the screen.
Step 4: Entered required details in the respective fields and click on the ‘Save’ button.
Note: You can’t add permission entry for the previous month or for the days for which payroll is already processed.
Path: Cloud Portal>Employee>Employee List>Employee Profile>Leave>Permission Entry> ‘+’ icon>enter required details>Save

Step 1: Log into cloud portal, go to the ‘Employee’ menu and click on the ‘Employee List’ submenu.
Step 2: Select the employee for whom you want to delete on duty entry and system will take you to their profile.
Step 3: Under the ‘Attendance’ tab click on the ‘On Duty’ sub tab and the on-duty entries will appear. Click on the respective ‘Delete’ icon and the entry will be deleted.
Path: Cloud Portal>Employee>Employee List>select employee>Attendance>On Duty> entries will appear>click on the ‘Delete Icon’.
