Path: Cloud Portal > Employee > Employee List > select employee > Profile > Asset Detail > click ’+’ Icon > fill in required details > Save.
Step 1: Log into the cloud portal go to the ‘Employee’ menu and click on the ‘Employee List’ submenu.
Step 2: Select the employee and system will take you their profile
Step 3: Under the ‘Profile’ tab, go to the ‘Asset Details’ subtab and click on the ‘+’ icon towards the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
Step 4: Select details such as, Asset Category, Assign Date, Status, Name, Release Date and Note in the respective fields as required and click on the ‘Save’ button. The asset will be assigned to employee accordingly.
