1. How to upload employee document such as experience letter from cloud portal?

Step 1: Log into cloud portal, go to the ‘Employee’ menu and click on the ‘Employee List’ submenu.

Step 2: Select the employee for whom you want to upload the documents and system will take you to their profile.

Step 3: Under the ‘Profile’ tab click on the ‘Employee Documents’ subtab and upload the required file in the ‘Upload New Document’ field. The document will be uploaded accordingly.

2. Where to see employee probation confirmation letter?

To check the employee probation confirmation email, follow the path below:

Path: cloud Login > smHRt Search (employee name or code) to navigate to employee profile > In profile menu > go to Employee Documents option where you can check the employee confirmation letter which was shared earlier in email with the employee.

Step 1: Login to cloud portal, go to the specific employee's Profile, from ‘smHRt Search’. (Type the name/code of the employee in smHRt search and navigate to the employee profile).

Step 2: Within the ‘profile’ tab, go to the ‘Employee Documents’ option. In this section, you can locate and check the employee's confirmation letter that was previously shared.

3. Where to find the offer letter of the employees?

The shared offer letter of the employee can be seen in:

Path: Cloud Login > smHRt Search (Employee name /code) navigate to Employee profile > Profile tab > Employee Document page

Step 1: Log in to the 'Cloud' portal and use 'smHRt Search' (Employee name /code) to navigate to the 'Employee profile'.

Step 2: Within the profile, click on the 'Profile tab' and go to the 'Employee Document' page. You will find the offer letter among the other letters shared to employee here.
